Milling and polishing robot RH15-15-HP is an industrial milling and finishing robot: 6 axes, 15 kg payload, 1516 mm reach, ±0.02 mm repeatability. It is built for milling and polishing and other repetitive work where cycle time and consistency decide the cost per part.
Size it by the two constraints that cannot be worked around: the mass at the wrist — part, gripper, cabling and any sensor together — and the furthest point the tool must reach at full extension. Everything else follows from those.
Payload must cover the spindle, tool changer and force-control unit as well as the tool itself — weigh the actual package you will mount. For HP robots the factory states a 25–30% shorter cycle time than its standard arms.
