Return and refund policy:
Product returns and refunds are governed by the terms of the Goods Supply Agreement.
Key terms used in this policy
You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning goods to us.
We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We therefore recommend choosing a secure and trackable delivery service. We cannot process a refund without actually receiving the goods or confirmation of the return shipment.
Gifts:
If items were marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to your refund amount. After we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If items were not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the giver received the order to pass it to you later, we will send the refund to the giver.
