Welding Robots

Arc welding robots for MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welding. Nine models from 6 to 210 kg payload with reach from 1440 to 3160 mm, including PRO versions of the RH14-10-W and RH20-06-W with reinforced wrists for heavier torch packages.

Typical work: structural steel and frames, pressure vessels and pipe spools, agricultural and construction machinery, furniture and metal fabrication. Six-axis kinematics with a hollow wrist keeps the torch cable inside the arm, which matters on long seams and rotating parts.

Payload here is not the part — it is the torch, wire feeder, cable package and any sensor. A 6 kg rating is enough for a standard MIG torch; go higher when adding seam tracking or a laser sensor. For parts that must be turned during welding, pair the robot with a positioner from the Welding Positioners section.
