Welding robot RH26-210-W is an industrial welding robot: 6 axes, 210 kg payload, 2606 mm reach, ±0.06 mm repeatability. It is built for spot welding and other repetitive work where cycle time and consistency decide the cost per part.
Size it by the two constraints that cannot be worked around: the mass at the wrist — part, gripper, cabling and any sensor together — and the furthest point the tool must reach at full extension. Everything else follows from those.
Payload here is not the part: it is the torch, wire feeder, cable package and any seam-tracking sensor. Weigh the torch package you will use and add any seam-tracking or laser sensor. For parts with seams on more than one plane, pair the robot with a positioner.
