Palletizing Robots

Palletizing robots for bags, cases, boxes, drums and sheet stacks. Four models from 15 to 180 kg payload, reach 1530 to 3130 mm — the RP32-180 handles a full 3.1 m pallet column at 180 kg.

Common lines: cement, fertiliser and feed in 25 and 50 kg sacks, food and beverage cases, chemical drums, bricks and blocks. Four-axis parallelogram kinematics keeps the load level without wrist rotation, which is faster and more stable than a six-axis arm for stacking.

Size by the heaviest single pick including the vacuum head or clamp, and by the top of the finished stack rather than the pallet itself. A common mistake is specifying reach to the pallet corner and finding the last layer out of range.
