Palletizing robot RP32-180 is an industrial palletizing robot: 4 axes, 180 kg payload, 3130 mm reach, ±0.1 mm repeatability. It is built for palletizing and other repetitive work where cycle time and consistency decide the cost per part.
Size it by the two constraints that cannot be worked around: the mass at the wrist — part, gripper, cabling and any sensor together — and the furthest point the tool must reach at full extension. Everything else follows from those.
Four axes, not six: J1–J3 position the arm and J6 turns the product through ±360°. The wrist has no tilt axis; for stacking the arm is faster than a six-axis one. Size the reach to the top of the finished stack, not to the pallet: the common mistake is measuring to the pallet corner and finding the last layer out of range.
