Description
Welding power source DS350-L is designed for use in robotic CO₂ / MAG / MIG arc welding cells. The power source is based on a fully digital DC inverter IGBT platform and provides stable arc formation over a wide welding current range from 30 to 350 A.
The equipment is designed for 380 V ±10% three-phase power supply (50/60 Hz) and has a rated input power of 15 kW at a 60% duty cycle. The output voltage range of 12–36 V and wire feed speed of 1.0–18 m/min allow the source to be adapted for different welding wire diameters and welding modes.
DS350-L operates in CO₂ short-arc, MAG/MIG short-arc and single-pulse modes, providing stable arc burning and controlled metal transfer when welding carbon and stainless steels. Welding wire feed is controlled in a closed loop using a high-precision photoelectric encoder.
The source is equipped with a CAN interface for integration with an industrial robot; welding current and voltage values are displayed on the teach pendant. Current and voltage waveform parameters, as well as shielding gas pre-flow and post-flow time in the 0–10 s range, are configured through the control system interface.
The equipment is designed for 380 V ±10% three-phase power supply (50/60 Hz) and has a rated input power of 23 kW at a 100% duty cycle, allowing the source to be used in continuous production processes without reducing parameters. The output voltage range of 15.5–39 V and wire feed speed of 1.0–18 m/min provide adaptation to different welding wire diameters and joint types.
The source is equipped with a CAN interface for integration with an industrial robot; welding current and voltage values are displayed on the teach pendant. Current and voltage waveform setup, as well as shielding gas pre-flow and post-flow time in the 0–10 s range, is performed through the control system interface.
