Not sure which model fits?

Send the part weight, the reach you need and the cycle. We will name the model — and say plainly if a robot is not the right answer for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right robot for my job?
Two constraints decide it and cannot be worked around: the mass at the wrist — part, gripper or torch, and cabling — and the furthest point the tool must reach at full extension. Everything else follows from those.
Send us the part weight, the largest dimension of the working area and the cycle you need, and we will name the model that fits. If a robot is not the right answer for that job, we will say so.
What do the numbers in the model code mean?
They are the two figures buyers compare first. In CRP-RA15-12 the 15 is reach in decimetres — 1510 mm — and the 12 is rated payload in kilograms.
So RH14-10-W is a 1.4 m, 10 kg welding arm and RA28-360 is a 2.8 m, 360 kg handling arm. It makes shortlisting quicker once you know the two numbers you need.
What range does CRP cover?
Payloads from 3 to 360 kg and reach from 400 to 3444 mm, across arc welding, palletizing, handling, surface finishing, laser processing, collaborative and SCARA robots.
Because it is one supplier, most cells on a shop floor can be built from the same catalogue, and every CRP robot, whatever the series, is programmed from the teach pendant.
Can I buy a single robot, or only a complete cell?
A single robot is a normal order.
Tell us what the robot has to do and we will quote the robot alone, or the robot with the positioner, controller and peripherals it needs.
What warranty and support do you provide?
Two years warranty on the robot, worldwide, export included.
Technical support is online: our engineers consult on setup, programming questions and fault-finding by video call. Spare parts are shipped directly from the factory.
CRP production is certified to ISO 9001, and the factory reports its products are certified to an MTBF above 100,000 hours.
